- Why is it free right now?
Because it is in beta. We would rather have serious traders using the Platform and pushing back on what is broken than guard it behind a paywall while it stabilises. Once paid plans launch, current waitlist users will get a grace period? Discounted pricing? Confirm what you want to commit to.
- Will my plan auto-renew?
Yes. Both monthly and annual plans renew until you cancel. Cancellation is a two-click flow in the dashboard or one email to billing@auctionedge.in.
- What is the refund window?
7 days from first payment on each plan. See the full Refund Policy.
- Do you offer a free trial?
yes / no. If yes, confirm length and whether it requires payment method up front.
- Is the AI Coach included?
yes (in Pro) / no (separate add-on). The cards above currently flag this as a decision point.
- Are there discounts?
any plans for student / early-retail / annual discounts? Defaults to 'no' until decided.
- Is GST extra?
Currently no — Auction Edge is not yet incorporated and not GST-registered. Once incorporated, prices will be inclusive or exclusive of GST as marked, and a GSTIN will be published in invoices and on the Refund Policy.
- What payment methods will you accept?
Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) seems likely. International cards via Stripe? Confirm.
- Is this investment advice?
No. Auction Edge is not a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor. The Platform is educational and analytical. See the Disclaimer.
A note on honest pricing
We will not run dark patterns. No "₹999 first month then auto-bills ₹2,999." No fake countdown timers. No "limited spots." If we offer an early-supporter discount, it will be clearly time-bound and clearly described.
We are also not going to undercharge to fake adoption. The Platform is built for serious traders and priced like infrastructure that respects the user's time.
